Eligibility for Returns

•  You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

•  Items must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition you received them (with original packaging and hygiene seals intact).

•  Skincare, makeup, and any products with a hygiene seal are non-returnable once opened or used (for health & safety reasons).

How to Start a Return

1.  Send us an email with your order number and reason for return.

2.  We’ll reply within 24 hours with return instructions and a prepaid return shipping label (for U.S. customers).

3.  Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue your refund within 3–5 business days.

Refunds

•  Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

•  Original shipping costs are non-refundable (except in cases of damaged or incorrect items).

•  Free return shipping within the U.S. on all eligible returns.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged, faulty, or wrong product, contact us immediately — we’ll replace it or refund you 100% (including shipping both ways) with no questions asked.

•  Opened or used skincare/makeup (hygiene reasons)

•  Items marked “final sale”
